Seminar on Prototype development

A session was arranged by the Entrepreneurship Development Cell of ECE department and MHRD IIC on 16.05.2022 through offline mode. The Seminar was presided by Mrs J Friska HOD/ECE and jointly coordinated by EDC director and IIC president Dr. Lourdes poobala Rayen. ECE Students and ECE faculty members participated in the event. The welcome address is given by Miss. Sowmya, second year ECE student and the program was coordinated by Dr. R Prem Ananth,IIC Convener, IIC Innovation Ambassador for "Design thinking & Innovations", Assistant professor, Francis Xavier Engineering College. The Session was handled by Dr.A.Andrew Roobert, In-charge of Advanced Electronic System Design Incubation Centre, Assistant Professor, Department of ECE, Francis Xavier Engineering College from 3.00PM – 04.20PM. During his speech he explains what to be consider before developing a product and he also explains the four primary phases to be consider while developing a product. He explains his own experience of his Incubation Centre, for developing products and prototype. He elaborates the types of Prototyping. During his seminar he stated many examples in each steps of Prototype development.84 students and 4 staffs were actively participated in the session.
