Motivational Session by a Successful Innovator

On 29.9.2023 a session on “Motivational Session by a Successful Innovator” was organized by the Entrepreneurship Development Cell and IIC in association with the Department of AI&DS. The session was handled by Mr. M. Praveen, Product Innovator and startup Founder doing III CSE, FXEC. 65 students from second year AI&DS and one faculty of AI&DS department participated in the program. The program was coordinated by Mrs P. Sooriabrabha , Assistant professor, Department of AI&DS from 1.30PM –4.00PM.

The program started with the introduction of guest speaker, Mr. M. Praveen, Product Innovator and startup Founder doing final year CSE, FXEC by Mrs.P.Sooriabrabha Assistant professor Department of AI&DS .The resource person discussed about innovation and the process of developing an innovative product. The resource person being the product innovator and also the startup founder, he gave lot of innovative ideas to the participants. He shared his personal experiences as a product innovator and a startup founder. He emphasized the importance of staying curious and continuous learning. Moreover, he said that innovation often arises from a willingness to explore new dimensions and acquire diverse knowledge. He as an innovator highlighted the role of collaboration and diverse perspectives in sparking innovation. He encouraged the participants to engage with individuals from different background to stimulate fresh ideas.

The session was an interactive one and the students interacted with the resource person since he is also a student of the same college. The participants were given opportunity to raise questions which were addressed by the resource person. In fact, the participants gained lot of new insights about innovation and the process of developing an innovative product. At the end of the session feedback was collected from the students.
