Innovation-A new trend to inspire budding Engineers

On 01.07.2022 the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science in association with the Entrepreneurship Development Cell and IIC organised a motivational session on the topic “Innovation-A new trend to inspire budding Engineers”. The resource person for this program was Dr.A.Ravi, Professor in-charge of Robotics and Automation Incubation Centre, FXEC. The program was organised for the first year B.Tech Artificial intelligence and Data Science.

The resource person being the professor in-charge of Robotics and Automation Incubation Centre, he explained the term innovation and the different stages in the process of innovation. He gave live examples for the product development process using the products developed in his own incubation centre. The session created a vibration among the students and started discussing the new ideas for developing the innovative product development. The resource person guided the students’ innovative ideas and gave explanation for taking up those innovative ideas for the product development. In fact, the sharing and discussion created lot of insights among the students. 40 students 1 faculty member participated in the program. The program was coordinated by the EDC Coordinator, Mrs. P. Sooriabrabha, AP/AI&DS .
