ICICIC’24

The Fourth International Conference on Innovative Computational Intelligence and Communication, ICICIC’24 was conducted by the Department of AI&DS and Department of MCA, Francis Xavier Engineering College in association with Institution Innovation Council through Online platform on 5th April 2024. The Inaugural ceremony started with a prayer by Ms. Mahalakshmi of I MCA and Mr. Velayutham of final year MCA welcomed the gathering. Dr. A. Anitha, Professor and Head, AI&DS emphasized the purpose of the International conference. Dr. V. Velmurugan, Principal, Francis Xavier Engineering College, released the Conference Proceedings and appreciated the efforts taken by both the department. In addition he added a flavor to the title “Innovation” which is the current epic word that the world was experiencing.

The introduction to Keynote Speaker Prof. Gautam Srivastava was given by Ms. Jerlin Chellam, III AI&DS. The keynote Speaker Address was provided by Prof. Gautam Srivastava. In his speech he discussed about the Challenges in the field of Data Science. He narrated the Federal Model of Data Silos and also described how Non – IID data can be represented as a model. He also discussed about the Local Models inclining with Central Model. The second session started with the presentation of participants from the institutions inside and outside. The selected papers were presented by the participants and evaluated by the Chairpersons , Mrs. R. Sankari, Assistant Professor, AI & DS for Paper ID: ICICIC 01 – ICICIC 15, Ms.Kavitha, Assistant Professor, AI & DS for Paper ID: ICICIC 16 – ICICIC 30, Ms.Lincy, Assistant Professor, AI & DS for Paper ID: ICICIC 31 -ICICI 45, Ms. M. K. Subbulakshmi Assistant Professor, MCA for Paper ID: ICICIC 46 -ICICI 60, Mrs. S. Irudhaya Ananthi, Assistant Professor, MCA for Paper ID: ICICIC 61 -ICICI 77. Nearly 75+ papers were presented in the conference.

During the valedictory session, Ms.Rampriya of I MCA welcomed the gathering. The introduction to Keynote Speaker Prof. Ezendu Ariwa was given by Ms. Jothi Meena, II AI&DS. The Keynote Speaker Address Prof. Ezendu Ariwa. He in his speech discussed about Artificial intelligence in reseach. Environment sustainability and Value added research was emphasized. He also narrated about AI Grid, 0 percent emission, Social context. The Closing Note was proposed by Mrs. D. Angeline Ranjithamani,AP & HOD/MCA. Finally Mr.Vishwanath of I MCA proposed Vote of Thanks. The participant gave the feedback about the International Conference and found to be excellent. The Co-conveners of the event are Mrs. K. Dhamayanthi, AP/MCA and Mrs. Poornam, AP / AI&DS. The event was convened well by Dr. A. Anitha, Professor and HOD of Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science and Mrs. D. Angeline Ranjithamani, AP & HOD, Department of MCA.
