To facilitate industry interaction, the HR team from Feather Softwares visited the Department of MCA, Francis Xavier Engineering College, on 06.08.2024 and had a detailed discussion with the placement officer, HOD, and other faculties of the department
In the discussion, it was decided that the company is ready to begin a startup with the institution based on the terms and conditions. They are also ready to sign an MoU with the institution for a long-term benefit, thereby providing internships, short-term courses, industrial visits, project guidance and job opportunities to the students.
Apart from skill training, they are also willing to train the students in digital marketing, content writing, UI/UX platform, graphical design, video editing, and data science along with AI, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and NLP. They also assured to give interview assistance to students who undergo internships with the company.
