On behalf of DAWN Association Department of MCA was conducted HR Club on 20th July 2023. The competition was aimed to learn, network, and develop essential skills.
Totally 6 students were registered & actively participated in the activity. The judge for the event is Mrs.J.Anciline Jenifer AP/MCA.
The students enthusiastically participated in the Debate and explore their views about Recruiting and Selecting process. The event received an overwhelming response, with over 6 students participating. Feedback from attendees was highly positive, with many expressing gratitude for the knowledge gained and the networking opportunities provided. Several students expressed interest in joining the HR Club to further enhance their understanding of HR practices.
