Faculty Development Programme on Mastering the Balance

As a part of departmental activity, the Department MCA organised a Faculty Development Programme (FDP) titled "Mastering the Balance" for the faculty members of Francis Xavier Engineering College on 22.09.2023 with the goal of equipping faculty members with strategies to balance their teaching, research, and personal well-being. The primary objectives of the FDP on "Mastering the Balance'' were to help the faculty members achieve a healthy work-life balance, master time management and productivity skills, foster a supportive and collaborative academic environment and improve overall job satisfaction and well-being among faculty. The resource person of the event was Ms.Sujatha Kumari, Public Speaking Coach, Softskill trainer, and the founder of theprospeakers.com. Her session was very enriching and enlightening. A total of 33 faculty members participated in the FDP and felt very happy about attending the intuitive FDP. The Faculty Development Programme achieved its objectives of promoting a healthy work-life balance, enhancing time management skills, stress management skills, and improving overall faculty well-being. The positive outcomes, including increased collaboration and job satisfaction, reflect the program's effectiveness.
