Entrepreneurship an Emerging Career Option

On 26-02-2022 Entrepreneurship Development Cell in association with Department of Computer Science and Engineering organized A seminar on “Entrepreneurship an Emerging Career Option”. The Programme started with the prayer by Prof.Dr.G.Aravind Swaminathan. The session was handled by Mr. M.Mukesh Krishnan AP/CSE, Innovation Ambassador, Francis Xavier Engineering College. He explained the concept of Entrepreneurship and explained why it is important. He gave live examples for the opportunities available to start a business concern to become an entrepreneur. As the participants are engineering students he highlighted the opportunities to go far Start-up. He cited number of funding schemes which are available to the startup initiators. The interaction with the students participated in the seminar was encouraging and students raised lot of questions about process of starting the startup and the funding assistance from the Government of India for starting the startups. The program was arranged for I year students. The event was co-ordinated by Mrs. M.Muthulakshmi, AP/CSE
