Dreams to success a Motivational session by a Student Startupreneur

On 11.10.2023 a seminar on "Dreams to success a Motivational session by a Student Startupreneur" was organized by the Entrepreneurship Development Cell and IIC in association with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. The session was handled by Mr.M.Praveen, Product Innovator and startup founder, Final year CSE. 59 Final Year CSE students and 1 faculty member participated in the program from 1.30 PM – 4.00 PM. This event was coordinated by M.Mariammal AP/CSE.

The program started with the welcome address by M.Mariammal, AP/CSE, Francis Xavier Engineering College. She introduced the resource person of the session to the participants. The resource person being the Product Innovator he explained the importance of innovation and the process involved in the product innovation. He shared his personal experiences in the product development. Throughout the session, he pointed that opportunities must be searched for, rather than waiting. Every entrepreneur must have a in depth knowledge about their products. Ignorance about the products is a major problem that can lead to the failure of the business. The speaker stressed the importance of being updated about the changes that are happening in the market and also highlighted the importance of identifying customer needs and wants by an entrepreneur. The discussion created a discussion among the participants and they gave few business ideas which were discussed among the participants.

Overall, a motivational session by a successful start-up founder evoked good response among the participants and they gathered lot of new business ideas from the speaker. Feedback was collected from the participants about the session.
